In the main building guests will find a hall with reception open 24 hours, a hire safe and money exchange. From the airport, take the main road to Ciudadela and follow the signs Mercadal. Once arriving in Mercadal, follow the signs Fornells and before arriving in Fornells guests have to turn right towards Son Parc or Arenal d'en Castell. Continue until arriving in Son Parc and at the first roundabout follow the signs to Es Grop. If guests choose to take the Tramontana road, from the airport follow the signs to Mahon and Port. At the first roundabout in the port turn left to Son Parc or Arenal d'en Castell. Continue until arriving to Son Parc and at the first roundabout follow the signs to Es Grop.
